The CSA Claims Department Pledges
the Following to All Insured Guests:
- Claim forms are issued the
same day notification of a claim
is received.
- On receipt of your completed
claims form, it will be assigned
to a representative who will manage
the file to resolution. An initial
acknowledgement letter is sent
to you by your assigned representative,
so you will know who to contact
if any questions arise regarding
your claim.
- All correspondence and required
documentation are processed in
a timely manner.
- Phone calls are returned within
one business day (most calls are
returned on the same day they
are received).
- Our claims management team
reviews all claim denials prior
to your notification.
