CANCELLATION POLICY
The Guest agrees to the following CANCELLATION POLICY: 1 night deposit plus tax with the final balance DUE 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 91 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a full refund minus the $ 50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 90 days prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture of payment. Reservations dates can not be moved after final payment has been made unless property is unavailable. There are no refunds for early departures. MasterCard, Visa and Checks are accepted; A valid credit card is required if paying in cash. Rates are subject to change without notice. Published rates do not include the applicable lodging tax, damage protection plan, cleaning fees or travel insurance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is available for all reservations that are booked and paid for 24 hours prior to guest's arrival date. Reservations made less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date will not be provided travel insurance. A brochure explaining the benefits, exclusions and limitations is available for download on our website. Submitting a claim is the responsibility of the guest and is to be filed directly with the insurance company. Any refund issued by Travel Guard will be less the policy premium. If you have questions about the insurance provided, please contact Travel Guard at 877-249-5376 and refer to Product No. 008573-P3 08/09.
DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN
Starkey Property Management requires participation in the Damage Protection Plan. In this program you are protected for accidental Property Damage up to $1500.00 dollars. This covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The plan will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500. Any damages that exceed $1,500 will be charged to the credit card on file.
EXIT CLEANING
Starkey Property Management requires and exit cleaning fee plus tax for all on it's units. The cleaning cost is base on the maximum occupancy of the rental and will be included in the final payment.
WINTER TEXANS
1) Return guests will have 2 weeks from arrival to reserve same property for the next year.
2) Advance Deposits will be required at time of booking. A $600.00 deposit must be paid by Check or Cash, and a credit card will be required for the
remaining balance. No reservation will be confirmed with out a credit card.
3) The remaining balance of your first months rent and all fees will be due and charged to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.
4) Each monthly rental charge after your arrival is due 30 days in advance so upon arrival you will be charged for your second months rent if applicable, and so on each month. Each month is prepaid 30 days in advance.
5) Cancellations must be made more than 90 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 90 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of all deposits.
6) At the time of booking you will be entering into a contractual agreement for the full amount of your stay.
PETS
Guest understands that pets are allowed in ONLY pet friendly properties. Violators will be asked to leave with no refund, and will be charged a $500.00 clean up fee. We will allow one pet no larger than 25 lbs. unless otherwise stated in the property description. You are instructed that the pet must be on a leash when outside or at the beach. If an unauthorized pet in found in any unit you will be asked to leave without refund. |
